Busy Busy Busy

I haven't been posting much lately...ANYWHERE! gah! I feel so out of touch. It's been forever since I've been able to read my blogs I like to read. And here's why...



I've been working on this magazine, which btw has no ads in it so I have to actually fill every page and it is much more difficult than it seems! Anywho it has to be finished by monday and I shouldnt even be on here!

The Sun Shines Through A Raincloud

This is what our backyard looks like. It is now the 17th day in a row of rain. Continuous rain.





In the midst of all the wet-ness I managed to find myself out last night with Lauren and we ended up in Ross, where I had to force myself to put clothes back on the rack! I have never seen so many cute clothes in this store at one time! Here's what I got!

Lily made these cards the other day. One is for her "boyfriend" Kieran and the other is for Sylvia. She used some of my SIS kit from last month too. I had to tell her to quit using the gems though b/c she used ALL the big ones! Oh well, she had fun and they will love them :)

Oh man...

Check OUT my super cute hubby!!! He caught 5 fish in about 5 minutes and then we had to stop b/c that is the limit! hahaha Oh well, he's pretty proud of them :)



I really liked this pic of Lily. She was being crazy.



Chloe found this fishing lure and thought it was a real fish. I didn't have the heart to tell her it wasnt. She buried it after a few minutes of stretching it.



We had a pretty fun day.

Family Day!

We're going fishing all day today, so I'll leave you with these. Brian made them while the girls & I were in Sunday School this morning.

I took a pic of the sky last night when we were getting ready for the garage sale. It was so cool looking!



There is going to be a new scrapbook store in town. I went over to the Gina's house today to help her with what she wanted to order to stock it. I have never seen so many catalogues in my LIFE!! I am excited though, to get to do some pages to put on display and I have to come up with some ideas for classes. If anyone has any suggestions, I've never taught one and I'd love to hear some ideas! I'm really super excited!

Holy freaking cow. I was picked. I WAS PICKED. I think I'm still in shock. All the years of scrapper rejection I've decided I'm just not what anyone is looking for. Not that this really means much BUT the fact that she liked my layout the best makes me smile sooooo big :D

I got my Kellie Crowe SIS Collection in the mail today and I've been scrapping all evening. I only have 1 sheet of pp left. Oh man, It was so much fun to use! I'll post pics of them tomorrow. For now, it's storming and the hubby is wanting me to turn off the puter.

Happy Father's Day!!

Unfortunately I FORGOT MY CAMERA. sigh... can you believe it?! I cried hoping brian would turn the car around, but it didnt work. DANG IT! He was like, well I guess you'll just have to join in the fun this weekend!
Yesteray we went to a friend's wedding. I haven't seen her in like 5 years. It was so much fun to see all my old friends. The wedding was great!
Last night dad grilled burgers on the grill and for some odd reason the ENTIRE grill caught on fire and we had to scrape the burgers before bunning them. haha
I got to meet my brothers girlfriend. She was better than I had expected!
I'm waiting this morning for everyone to get ready so we can head to Bass Pro. After that we're eating at Toby Keiths!! (hahahah) Then, if it doesn't rain we're going to the zoo. Dad seems to think we'll go anyway, but I seem to think otherwise.

And where did all of this go you ask? ALL OVER CHLOE!! Hair and freaking all. It was so gross. I just rubbed what I could into her skin with a wash rag and washed out what I could in her hair with some dish soap. Her hair has now been dry for hours but it still looks wet. EW!! I'm so glad I find humor in moments like this, otherwise we would have been in trouble!

We went to see a movie and Chloe was so difficult. We'll have to wait on her at the movies for a while. I did, however, come home to THIS though (which made everything better :)

Lily is a VBS. It's so quite in the house! It's amazing how well behaved your children are when the other one is gone. Here's some fun pics from when Latisha was here last month.

Call Me Crazy

This is what's on my mind lately. And this is what it leads to. I just don't like summer. Now, don't get me wrong. I go CRAZY for sno-cones from the place on randolph...yumm. But I can't think of anything else. I hate the mosquitos, and the hot, and the no school thing. Eh, I like flip flops. A lot. But I can wear those in the fall too. Fall goes so well with my hair, and my birthday is in the fall. My favorite thing about fall is getting ready for Christmas! And the nice cinnamon smell in Wal-mart. Sigh...I'm so ready.

And now for something completely different...

Brian and I did this a while back but I just ran across them on the computer. We made ourselves into m&m's if you haven't tried it, you should! It's so stinking fun!!

So Sad

I've been reading some recent comments about myself and it's so sad that said commenters jump to such harsh conclusions without knowing the entire story.
Apparently when you have children you are supposed to put on your MOOMOO and start Knitting sweaters. You are not allowed to go out and have fun. Even the 2 times I've been out this entire year are too much for them.
It really is a shame that I have children and take such fantastic care of them. It's a shame that they get to go to a private christian school and attend church every sunday. It's really a shame that I went out twice this year and had drinks, Lord knows a 23 year old girl is NOT supposed to do that. Its also a shame that I blogged about it and now I'm catching such slack for it. It's a shame that the last time I went out it caused me to have another anxiety attack and it will be the last time I will ever go out for the rest of my life.
So, to all you young moms with small children. You apparently are not allowed a break. Ever. You may as well just shut the blinds, lock the doors and shut off your phones. And forget even having a wedding anniversary! You are supposed to just forget about your husbands as soon as the children are born! How DARE you have children if you still want to have fun?! Children are only for Old Hags! Shame on you!!!
